From June 8 till 9, 2013 the first ViennaPhotoBookFestival takes place in the exhibition rooms of the AnzenbergerGallery and the OstLicht. Gallery for Photography on the premises of the Ankerbrotfabrik, a former industrial bakery in Vienna.

Over two days, visitors can enjoy exciting lectures and presentations of photo book professionals and artists as well as a photo book market with publishers, distributors and bookseller. An over 600 m² marketplace invites you to browse, swap and buy!

EIKON participates at the Vienna Photobook Festival and offers not only the current EIKON-issue #82 but also monographs, publications and editions by renowned national and international artists.

EIKON and FLUSS invite you within the annual EIKON FotoBrunch on June 30, 2013 to a panel discussion, this time on the subject “Straßengeschichte(n)”. The event takes place parallel to the exhibition “The Amber Road Show”, which will be shown from May 06 till July 28, 2013 at FLUSS in Wolkersdorf. After the panel discussion you’ll also have the possibility to visit the exhibition by shuttle bus. FLUSS in Wolkersdorf is the first station of a tour of the show through the Amber Trade Route.
