From June 13 to 16, 2019 world-renowned Art Basel brings the international art world to Switzerland, with the world's leading galleries showing the works of over 4,000 artists. A full program of talks takes place each day. Exhibitions and events are also offered by cultural institutions in Basel and the surrounding area creating an exciting, region-wide art week.

LISTE–Art Fair Basel opens its doors from June 11 to 16, 2019 for 77 young galleries from 33 countries, showcasing new discoveries and latest developments in contemporary art. This year 21 galleries will be exhibiting for the first time and a total of 38 solo presentations will take place.

The art publishing fair I Never Read, Art Book Fair Basel returns to Kaserne Basel from June 12 to 15, 2019 with over 120 institutional and independent publishers from around the globe. The fair is a platform dedicated to explore the relationship between contemporary art production, presentation and the book.

This year’s edition of PHotoESPAÑA takes place from June 5 to September 1, 2019. Since 1998, international photographers, curators and visitors interested in visual culture come together in Spain. Besides art exhibitions, the festival also offers its visitors workshops and activities in over 90 venues in nine Spanish provinces.
At IED Madrid, the Exhibition ¾ de lo mismo provides the opportunity to see a selection of about 53 unedited mock-ups produced by hand by their authors. From these, an international jury will award the 11th Kassel Dummy Award.
