ITSLIQUID Group is pleased to announce the open call for the 15th edition CONTEMPORARY VENICE, that will take place in Venice at Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello from July 04 to July 19, 2024 and at San Marco Art Space from July 09 to July 21, 2024, and other prestigious venues and historical buildings, during the 60th Venice Biennale of Art.

The exhibition analyzes the relationship between body and space, and the hybridization between identities and cultural/physical/social/urban settings in contemporary times, through two main sections: MIXING IDENTITIES and FUTURE LANDSCAPES.

MIXING IDENTITIES analyzes the hidden parts of our identities, through an immersive experience inside the fascinating universe of the complex labyrinths of our consciousness. The human body is a changing system that connects us with other bodies and spaces to perceive the surrounding reality; a strong communication system with its language and infinite ways of expression.

FUTURE LANDSCAPES are abstract, infinite and conceptual, associated with a sense of freedom and infinite extension. Primarily experienced with the mind, spaces redefine their limits and borders, transforming surfaces into an open flow of pure ideas. This section focuses on the concept of the borders and the structures between body, mind and soul, the human identity and the city, the space and the ground.

We work in collaboration with a talented network of publishers, dealers, curators, and arts professionals, providing artists with customized services and opportunities to have their works exhibited, published, and represented through various platforms. The number of works you can submit is unlimited. Participation is open to artists, architects and designers, associate groups, and studios.

The participation includes the following services
- exhibition space managed by art professionals
- assisting with customs formalities, international shipping, and local transport
- assisting in finding accommodation
- the design and printing of invitation cards, posters
- the global and local press office, publicity, press, banners, totem, etc.
- the realization of the exhibition website and dedicated press releases
- mounting and dismounting of the exhibition
- exhibitions opening event with drinks and food
- a dedicated interview published on the ITSLIQUID website and spread on our social networks

Artists interested in taking part in our shows are free to be sponsored and supported by institutions, organizations, governments, and their representatives; the logos of their sponsors will be included in all the communication (digital and print) of the events. Artists are free to take part in one or more events. Click here to take part in the selection.

Artists, photographers, video makers, and performers are invited to submit their works. To take part in the selection, send your works submissions with a CV/biography, some still images (for video art), links to videos/films/performances, and pictures via e-mail to info@itsliquid.com
