Description

“At the core of these images you find the figures of a passer-by photographed in the urban flow, a figure who has haunted the artist’s practice since his beginnings. Here it interacts with other motifs that appeared later, such as textual “signs”—emblems, posters, information panels etc.—and almost abstract fragments, but also including more unusual components such as some photographs of the sky.” (Sarah Beaumont and Christophe Gallois in EIKON #93, 24ff.)
